  • In addition to the above cancellation charges, transaction charges or commission charged by the bank or booking portal will be payable by the party.
  • In case of the booking through OTA Full amount of the room rent is payable by the party No Refund will be made

  • Extra person above 12 years shall be charged Rs. 1000 + Tax per day.
  • Child above 7 years upto 12 years shall be charged Rs. 600 + Tax per day
  • Bookings can be confirmed on payment of advance.
  • Specific Type of Room can not be guaranteed, but preference can be given as per the availability of such rooms.
